The Study on Psychological Contract, Organizational Trust and Organizational Commitment of Sports Volunteers in Penghu Judao Cup National Youth Hard Baseball Championship

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among psychological contract, organizational trust and organizational commitment of sports volunteers in Penghu Judao Cup National Youth Hard Baseball Championship. A total of 300 volunteers who had participated in Penghu Judao Cup National Youth Hard Baseball Championship were surveyed in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology from October 21 to 30, 2021. Among 300 questionnaires, 29 incomplete questionnaires were excluded and 271 questionnaires were complete, with an effective questionnaire rate of 90.33%. SPSS was used to analyze gender, sports team experience and schooling system. Amos was used to analyze the model convergence validity, discriminant validity, fitness and path analysis of psychological contract, organizational commitment, organizational trust of the sports volunteers in Penghu Judao Cup National Youth Hard Baseball Championship. The research model had good convergence validity, discriminant validity and model fitness after structural equation model analysis. The psychological contract had a significant influence on the non-standardized regression coefficient of organizational commitment of 0.325(C.R.=4.091 >1.96). The organizational trust had a significant influence on the non-standardized regression coefficient of organizational commitment of 0.631(C.R.=6.698 >1.96). The psychological contract had a significant influence on the non-standardized regression coefficient of organizational trust of 0.633(C.R.=10.077 >1.96), The research hypotheses supported. Based on the results of the study, some practical suggestions for the management of sports volunteers in the youth hard baseball championships were put forward, which was expected to provide reference for the management units of sports volunteers and the subsequent research.
